Some important notices:
- Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you decline Route Shipping Protection we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are reported as delivered by the carrier, or items that are damaged in shipment. Please contact the carrier for resolution.
- No refunds or exchanges on personalized items. We will remake and replace personalized items where we are responsible for the error.
- No refunds on sale items unless the item is defective.
- Shipping and shipping insurance fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
- If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of placing your order, otherwise we may not be able to stop the item from shipping. While we will try to assist customers with any concerns prior to shipment, orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to seek a return through our returns process after delivery, subject to our returns policy.
