If you decline Route Shipping Protection we are not responsible for lost or stolen items that are reported as delivered by the carrier, or items that are damaged in shipment. Please contact the carrier for resolution.
No refunds or exchanges on personalized items. We will remake and replace personalized items where we are responsible for the error.
No refunds on items marked "final sale" unless the item is defective.
Most products are covered by a 60 day warranty. We will offer a complimentary replacement for damaged or defective items covered under warranty.
You may return or exchange most items up to 60 days after purchase. We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. All other returns may be subject to a shipping and handling fee.
Shipping and shipping insurance fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you must contact us at email@example.com within one hour of placing your order, otherwise we may not be able to stop the item from shipping. While we will try to assist customers with any concerns prior to shipment, orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled. However, you may be able to seek a return through our returns process after delivery, subject to our returns policy.
